The service works by using advanced technology which allows our technicians to remotely access your computer. There is no software to install (only a 1MB download which will provide you with a secure passcode, chat functions, and access features for our technicians), it is 100% secure, and when the services have been completed the connection is closed and access is blocked to outside connections into your computer. You can either leave the computer on and leave the house while the technician works on your system or you can watch everything that is being done and communicate directly with our service staff via' the integrated chat feature.
