FixIT+ LiveTech : Terms and Conditions.
This service is provided remotely. After you register for an account you will have the ability to purchase our FixIT+ LiveTech services. Once your
order is completed you will be provided with the FixIT+ LiveTech connectivity software which once ran, will enable our support specialists to remotely
connect to your computer through the internet and perform repairs for you from anywhere in the world. The software is securely encrypted for
maximum protection and once services are complete no further access is permissible on your system. You will need to save the connectivity client
and run it (no installation is required) in order to have your selected services performed.
FixIT+ LiveTech Services are not available in countries where commerce is prohibited under U.S. trade sanctions or to certain individuals and

Our technicians will not interfere with your personal data, sift through your files, or engage in any unprofessional behavior during your services. All data on your system is kept confidential and privileged information which will not be browsed, viewed, or opened without your prior consent. Our company has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for any such actions and has a strong track record of keeping our clients' data and information private and secure. Furthermore our FixIT+ LiveTech connectivity software uses the highest standards of 128-Bit encryption while connected to your computer during services ensuring the utmost security while performing services to your system.
We provide a service guarantee. If our technicians fail to resolve your problem you will be refunded for all services purchased. In addition to the
money-back guarantee we also go beyond the usual online repair providers by offering an additional 15-Day service guarantee against technician
error. If within 15-Days of having your services performed you are unsatisfied with our technician's ability to perform the job properly and to your
satisfaction you are eligible for a refund or a redo of services rendered to you.
Payments are authorized, and processed securely using PayPal. We only keep records of your service history and client information for better serving you in
the future and to reference previous services performed by our technicians on your behalf. We do not, will not, nor care to share your information with any other company or individual.
You may not obstruct your technician in ways that impede them from performing your services. This includes, but is not limited to: Repeatedly
moving the mouse on screen to purposefully prevent the technician from working, Shutting down the computer during scans or system changes,
using abusive or vulgar language through the FixIT+ LiveTech chat functionality, etc... For the most part we all want the same thing: Your computer
to be fixed to your complete satisfaction. Unfortunately people *actually* do these things and we still have to put this in here. :(
Doing any of the above actions can, and will result in service refusal, forfeit of your deposit (pre-paid services), and a blacklisting from future
services until FixIT+ as a company, or a representative thereof remove restrictions imposed on future services toward you.
