Requirements:
OPERATING
SYSTEMS SUPPORTED:
All
versions of Windows from '98 or later are supported by our Online Repair technology.
This includes: Windows 98', NT, 2000, ME, XP, and Vista.
INTERNET
REQUIREMENTS:
Chances are that if you are viewing this
page, you can take advantage of our Online Repair Services. A basic internet
connection is the only requirement in order for our technicians to remotely
connect to, and assist you. Broadband (DSL, CABLE, ETC) is highly recommended
to ensure a faster turnaround on repairing your system.
SOFTWARE
REQUIREMENTS:
You will need to download and run our connectivity
software. No installation is required by you as all features are run directly
from the software without the need to install anything beyond running the
application.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Once you have scheduled your appointment and have
successfully downloaded our Online Repair client software, you will be given
a randomly generated, secure code which you will need to provide to your
technician in order for him to connect to your computer and perform the
services.
